Remember:

  • Start with low weight and work your way up.
  • Don't forget your headphones!
  • Any exercise is better than none. The fact that you tried matters!

It's okay if:

  • You fail. Failure means you're trying your best!
  • Other people look at you. They're the weirdos for staring!
  • You aren't the best. Everyone starts somewhere!

In general:

  • Put the weights up when you're done, and wipe down the equipment.
  • Drink plenty of water!
  • Wash your hands once you're done.
