Making the Pizza
When you are ready to eat, take a 10-inch skillet and thoroughly coat the bottom of the skillet with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning
Take dough and spread it across the pan and let proof for 30 minutes
While dough is proofing, mix the crushed canned tomatoes, sugar and Italian seasoning to create the sauce
Cook any meat-based toppings and set aside
Grate enough parmesan and mozzarella to cover the entire pizza edge to edge into a separate container and return to fridge until ready for use
Once dough has finished proofing in the pan, turn the heat on to medium and the broiler to high
Add sauce and cook 4-6 minutes
Add the parmesan and mozzarella and whatever toppings you want and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes
Take the pan with the pizza off the stove and put into the broiler for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown
Take the pizza out and let rest for 2 minutes before cutting.
