To Anyone of the Human Species
Rationale
There are currently more than 7 billion humans, which is a lot. However, we’re all crammed together on this one planet. If something happened to Earth, our species could be wiped out. For example, an asteroid impact. Colonizing other bodies in the solar system is a way to create a "backup" of humanity that will survive no matter what happens to Earth.
Incorporation of JavaScript
JavaScript could be used in this project to produce special effects to capture the audiences’ eyes. This is a very important topic that will discuss a vital issue at hand. This needs any attention it can get. JS can also produce forms within the webpage that could ask the audience questions like “Do you feel like your view on the importance of Space Exploration has been altered in any way after visiting this page?”
Milestones
Though milestones are a vital part in completing a project as such, progress each week will depend on how much research and time I have available at hand. No matter what, though, this project WILL be completed and ready to present on time. I am hoping to have a full page of research done by this Friday (4/3) and then the drawn out blueprint of the webpage by next Friday (4/10).
GitHub Usage
GitHub will be utilized as a central hub to store each HTML, CSS, and JavaScript file used within this project. Since I am working on this project alone, the only GitHub account that will be used is mine (Jared Johnson).
