The project will ask for input from the user about what kinds of games they like to play. Based on the input the program will display a number of games that match the genres the user inputed. With each game result there will be a links to go buy that game for the platforms available, a trailer or gameplay of the game, as well as some reviews.
With gaming becoming more commonplace in society there are many new people who may not know much about gaming and games in general. Giving people recommendations on games they might enjoy help people new to video games find their place.
Target audience for this website is people new to gaming who want to get into it but are intimidated by how many games are out there. This site is meant to make the introduction into the world of gaming easier for the inexperienced. It can also serve as a resource for parents who want to get a new game for their child but don't know what is good or bad. If they know what kind of games their kid likes, then they can get games similar to what their kid is already playing.
JavaScript will be incorportated in the program to recommend new games. It will ask for a game or a genre of game and will spit out recommendations that are similar to the input.

We will use GitHub to provide a central hub for the html, javascript and css pages that will be used to make the website. We will work and test on our personal machines then copy and paste into the master versions on GitHub.
